To Administration Staff Members: The sensitivity and support you provided helped us through what was a very difficult time and we will never forget your kindness. A special thanks to Hospice nurses for the care and comfort you provided to our Mom and helping us understand our Mother’s final part of her journey. While there is great sadness that our Mom is gone, there is comfort in realizing how many special people devoted themselves to giving her the best care possible. Just writing to thank you for what you did for my Dad. Getting him dressed and ready so he could go out; Treating him like a human being; Giving him kind words and listening to him; Making him feel like you were family with hugs & kisses; Handling delicate situations so he kept his dignity; Allowing our little dog to come and see him – he was her first friend outside of us. There are not enough words to express our gratitude & respect.
