As we enter the season for “giving thanks” Steve and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for the kindness, care, concern and respect you provided to Florence Brown during her stay at Colonial Poplin on two occasions this year, and prior to her passing in July.
We experienced great peace of mind during a difficult time, knowing she was being well cared for during her stays there. We appreciate that you all have a difficult job to do and that it takes very special individuals to provide the level of care she was given each and every day.
We truly appreciated you all taking the time to deal with our questions, take our phone calls, address our concerns, and in helping us to make difficult decisions by providing the information we needed to make them. And for always going above and beyond by holding our hands along the journey. We want you all to know, you DO make a difference and we are sincerely appreciative, of your service and for making the Brown family part of the Colonial family during Florence’s stays.

Corey, we were so impressed by your passion for the total well being of the residents in your care. Your philosophy and support of natural environments for people as they age is heartwarming. Thank you for the amount of time you gave to our family.
