The Poplin Cafe is a great place for residents to gather and enjoy each other’s companies while eating fresh, quality food, in a comfortable dining environment. We truly want our community assisted living and skilled nursing home residents to feel at home in every way, and the Poplin Cafe is another way we are able to create that “welcome home” feeling.

As a privately-owned and operated facility, we want our residents to genuinely feel like they are dining with family and friends in their own home. Everything from our warm and friendly cafe staff, to the cafe design and decor throughout – was chosen specifically for this reason.

  • Greek Salad

    Romaine and spinach, vine ripened tomatoes, feta cheese red onions, pepperoncini, kalamata olives, green peppers, cucumbers & our creamy Greek dressing.

    Romaine lettuce, shredded Parmesan cheese, croutons & Caesar dressing.

  • Cafe Garden Salad

    Mixed salad greens topped with vine ripened tomato, cucumber, red onion, shaved carrots and choice of dressing.

    *Add grilled chicken breast.

  • Chef Salad

    Iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers sliced turkey, ham Swiss and cheddar cheese, hardboiled egg, croutons and choice of dressing.

  • Garden Salad Triple

    Mixed salad greens, vine ripened tomato, cucumber shaved carrots, with a scoop of tuna chicken or egg salad.

    Dressings: Balsamic Vinaigrette, Greek, Ranch, Oriental, Caesar, Zesty Italian, and Honey Dijon.

  • Beef Burger

    Topped with choice of: mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onions, special sauce, ketchup.

    Served with zesty pickles and chips.

  • All Beef Hot Dog

    Grilled on a toasted bun and topped with choice of mustard, relish, ketchup, diced onion.

  • Picnic Chicken Salad

    Our specialty creamy salad of all white meat chicken, seasoned mayo, all served on your favorite sandwich bread.

  • Tuna Melt

    Roasted turkey breast, bacon, lettuce and tomato with mayonnaise. Served on our sour dough bread.

  • Turkey BLT Wraps

    Roasted turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise in a white wrap.

  • Grilled Chicken Club

    Grilled chicken breast, bacon, lettuce, and tomato with mayonnaise. Served on our sour dough bread.

  • BBQ Beef Melt

    Sliced roast beef, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and red onion on ciabatta bread.
